Mr. Mazen Al Refae

Group Chief Executive Officer
Mazen Al Refae brings over 26 years of leadership expertise in FMCG, agribusiness, and food production. As Group CEO of Emirates Rawabi, he spearheads the company’s transformation, focusing on operational excellence, financial growth, and sustainable development. Mazen has a proven track record in strategic turnarounds, corporate restructuring, and market repositioning across the GCC. He is committed to driving innovation, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening food security, all while fostering a collaborative, results-driven culture.

Mr. Adeel Akbar

Group Chief Financial Officer
Adeel Akbar is a Chartered Accountant and seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in FMCG and Food & Beverage industries. He began his career at PwC Pakistan in 1999, auditing major multinational clients. Since moving to the UAE in 2007, Adeel has held senior financial roles at Agthia Group, United Foods, and Al Khaleej Sugar. In 2023, he became Group CFO of Jamal Al Ghurair Group. In April 2025, Adeel joined Emirates Rawabi as Group CFO, bringing strong expertise in financial management and strategic leadership.

Mrs. Marwa Ahli

Group HR Director
Marwa Ahli is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience in people strategy, organizational transformation, and governance. She has held senior HR roles at Emirates General Petroleum Corporation in 2001, Dubai Holding Group in 2008, and TECOM Investments in 2011, driving key initiatives in policy development, talent management, and workforce transformation. Since May 2025, Marwa has served as Group HR Director at Emirates Rawabi, leading HR modernization, digital transformation, and cultural engagement to support the company’s growth and sustainability.
